We kindly ask that you review our policies before booking an event with us.

PARK HIRE

Customers are responsible for securing the venue for their bubble soccer event. After submitting an inquiry form, we will provide a link for the customer to complete the park hire process. It is recommended that customers complete this promptly to ensure the availability of their preferred location.

VENUE REQUIREMENTS


Customers should ensure that the venue meets the necessary requirements for the event. Suitable surfaces include grass or turf, and the area should be large enough to accommodate the bubble soccer setup. Accessibility for our team and equipment is also essential. The inflatable arena is 10 m x 20 m, so the space will need to be around 15 x 20 m minimum. For reference, this is a bit smaller than the size of a soccer field's 18 yard box (goalies box).

CANCELLATIONS

Customers may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the scheduled event date without penalty. Cancellations made after this period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. We encourage customers to review their plans carefully before finalising their booking to avoid any inconvenience.

BAD WEATHER AND POSTPONING

In the event of poor weather, if the forecast predicts rain within 24 hours of the event, customers will be given the option to either reschedule their event or receive a full refund. We prioritise safety and comfort, and this policy ensures flexibility in the face of unpredictable weather conditions.

SAFETY AND LIABILITY

Safety is of utmost importance. All participants must refrain from bringing or wearing sharp objects that may damage the bubble soccer equipment. Prior to the commencement of each game, our team will conduct a comprehensive briefing on the rules and safety procedures.
All participants are required to sign a waiver before participating. This waiver will be provided to customers upon booking and will also be available on the day of the event. Additionally, participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

During the event, we may capture photos and videos for use on our social media platforms and website. Participants who wish to opt-out of being photographed or filmed can do so by selecting the appropriate option on the waiver. We respect our customers’ privacy and will honour all opt-out requests.

CUSTOMER CONDUCT POLICY

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the event. Instances of bullying, excessive misbehaviour, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. In such cases, participants may be asked to leave the game, and no refunds will be provided for their removal.

EVENT DURATION AND PUNCTUALITY

The event duration will be strictly adhered to as per the booking agreement. Participants are encouraged to arrive on time to ensure the full enjoyment of their event. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of playtime, with no extension or refund provided.
